He keeps telling me I will be getting a email to let them know how I want refund back for cancellation. I am tired of Being lied to and I am about to submit a claim to BBB. Do not do business with this agent he will keep ignoring the phone calls and email 3 days later. I just want my $ back!!! I am tired of waiting for this email that will never show up. I just want my refund check sent to the address on the file! I don’t understand how hard is that to process!!"
